Growing up, I was that little blonde girl who would be singing Alan Jackson songs at the top of her lungs. And last night my 27 year old self was sitting in his concert singing my lungs out to every single song with tears in my eyes. It may sound silly, but I really don’t have any words to express how full my heart felt. Life goes unbelievably fast. You blink & boom, 20 years have gone by. But in that moment, I was a kid all over again. Alan is such a legend, class act, & the most humble man out there. My love for country music all started with him & I was in absolute awe last night ❤

Today is laundry, cooking up some snapped green beans & beef & noodles with real mashed potatoes. Also going to try making cinnamon rolls by scratch! Plus my mother-in-law is coming over later 🙃 Busy day today.
